School Fees Posted

Pay school fees online! School fee information for the 2025-26 school year are now posted on the PowerSchool Parent Portal.  All fees are due within 30 days of being posted, October 23rd. To access your fee information, simply log in to the PowerSchool Parent Portal and go to “Student Fees.” There you can view your fees and pay online using a credit card.

If you’re unable to pay your school fees, you can apply to have certain fees waived. https://www.eips.ca/schools/fees/waiver-of-fees

The application deadline is Dec. 15,2025. If you are new to EIPS, you have 45 days from the date of registration to apply for the waiver. No applications will be accepted after this time.

Field trip fees for the 2025–2026 school year have now been added to your child’s account on PowerSchool:

• Grades 1–6: $60
• Kindergarten: $61

These fees cover field trips that will take place throughout the 2025 -2026 school year. Teachers will share details about specific trips, including dates and activities, as they are scheduled.

We understand that paying the full fee at once may be challenging. Please know that you have the option to make installment payments through your PowerSchool account. A minimum of $20 must be paid to your account for your child to participate in field trips.

Please note:

• Refunds depend on the type of activity and are not guaranteed if your child is absent.
• Any unused field trip funds will remain as a credit on your account and be carried forward to the next year(cheques issued if a student is leaving the district or requested).
